Francisco Hernandez is a personal friend of George Bush and Mexican President Vicente Fox.These failures on the city and federal level resulted in the deaths of Mr. Bologna and his two sons.Danielle Bologna is now a grieving widow and her family was taken from her by an MS-13 Mara Salvatrucha gang member and illegal alien named Edwin Ramos.Edwin Ramos has many prior felonies but the city policies of San Francisco prevented Ramos from being turned over to immigration authorities.A few months before the slayings, Edwin Ramos was arrested on a gun charge and it is a felony for an illegal alien to possess a fire arm.
