We don't really know what Clarice is ,she could just be a person who's body rejected the yoma flesh or blood or equaly she could be another experiment the organisation has cooked up.

im not really sure but i think i remember something about clare not having yoma blood but she has teresa's blood but the organization wasnt sure of wat shes capable of so they put her lowest coz shes not exactly half yoma half human

she was a failer on becoming a full fledge claymore pretty much but she does have some of the power of a claymore. in one sense she is kinda like clare. What i mean is that Clare has 1/4 of yoma in her. So Clarice is technically the same standards just not as strong and the history of the two are different of course.

We don't really know how a claymore is made to comment on her hair color, all we know is there's stigma attached to it among the claymores.The hint that she maybe more powerful than she seems was in chapter 77 when she saved Maita from Agatha she was the only one of the three claymores to get a clean hit on her.
