Rights were given to international investors from the late 70s to play stock markets like they were gambling casinos using money from banks operating with a reserve ratio of as little as 2.5% recently.And look what they did. Took that money and lent it to those who didnt have a hope of repaying it.Unbridled rights = disaster. Because you end up trampling over the rights of others. .
