I can't say Beyonce did/didn't do a good job playing Etta, the movie has not been released where I am, but I can comment on the fact that Christina performed this song in her concerts since '00. I stand behind my original statement, "Christina sung the hell out of this song and she sung it YEARS before Beyonce jumped on the Etta James bandwagon so she could play Etta for the movie."BTW where did you read/see that Etta James asked Beyonce to protray her? This is the 1st I'm hearing of this.
