Agree, it helps a lot. And not only that but it helps reduces levels of anxiety, stress, and pain. It benefits patients with that suffer from heart failure, high blood pressure, heart attacks, arthritis, muitiple sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, and Alzheimer's Disease. Tai Chi, along with Yoga, has reduced levels of LDLs 20-26 milligrams when practiced for 12-14 weeks. In fact, Tai Chi burns more calories than surfing and nearly as many as downhill skiing!

A thing I have discovered is that practising tai chi incredibly helps your technique in other martial arts.Judo is so much easier now =D

youd be surprised waht you can learn from a video if you have the virtue of true patience and ability to have the self criticism to judge yourself fairly. There is a man in Nova Scotia who won a few competition internationally he learned everything from studying taoism and tai chi and then tai chi videos from dr Paul Lam. Whil learning from a master is always more proficcient many people dont live in a place they can take advantage of this masters wonderfull tutalage.

Yes! Tai chi provides the balance of energy flow, the calm, intention, concentration, control, coordination, inner power. It is a good cross training for other martial arts!

it's amazing how many different ways i see the same 32 movements done by different practioners. guess the one who's right is the one who can justify why the movement is done a certain way.
